All the environs of mountain biking

The bike tour begins at the Vrana Lake Nature Park, the biggest lake in Croatia with an ornithological reserve containing 250 bird species. The route continues towards Maškovića han, the westernmost surviving building from the time of the Ottoman empire, and the remains of the old Templar city across it before ascending to the Kamenjak viewpoint that overlooks the lakes, coastline and the hundred-island lace.

Follow the serpentines of the old Master's Road winding the mythical Croatian mountain, Velebit, and reach the 1000-metre-high Tulove grede at the Velebit Nature Park, a natural property inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Cycle through the olive groves and vineyards and sample wine and olive oil, alongside prosciutto and cheese, the staples of the local cuisine, at two of the area's most distinguished vineries: the agricultural cooperative Olive & Wine and the 350-hectare-large OPG Škaulj. Continue via the medieval fortress of Kličevica towards Ražnjevića AD 1307 rural estate.

The bike tour of Pašman and Ugljan leads you up seaside paths to hilltop vistas. Observe the beauty and tranquillity of medieval monasteries, ride across the bridge which links the two islands together over a navigable channel toward the Kornati islands, and along dry-stone walls and ancient olive groves.

Explore the birthplace of medieval Croatia, the city of Nin, encamped since the Neolithic and through to the time of the Roman empire in a sandy lagoon that remembers millennia. Continue towards Zadar, the millennial capital of Dalmatia with an impressive heritage (UNESCO), which is being reinvented to this day, as exemplified by unique installations such are the Sea Organ and the Monument to the Sun.
