We take you on an off-road adventure through the rough and attractive terrain of the mythical mountain Velebit, which, due to its rich and unique flora and fauna, finds its place on the UNESCO World Heritage List of Natural Properties. Dividing coastal from interior Croatia, Velebit abounds in incredibly picturesque landscapes and karst phenomena of all kinds. Our route passes several mountain tops, the edge of a national park, and hence follows the old Master’s Road until the canyon of the Zrmanja River. We will stop at historic and other locations attractive for photographers and eat a picnic-lunch in the open. The total length of the route is around 40 kilometres lasting between 4.5 and 5 hours.
